The circus is one of the shows that represents human’s love for entertainment the most. The circus is the artistic activity that represents an important part of human culture and its first origin is in Egypt 2500 years ago where juggling, acrobatics and balance were already performed. The closest reference to what the circus is today comes from ancient Rome, where round buildings with stands around them were called circuses. The origin of the word Circus (Circus) is Greek. The Greeks called this way all the shows whose only purpose was to amuse the people. The monkey has always had a close relationship with the circus because of its key associations including energy, playfulness, fun, and humor.
