La Olla del Agua Unique Piece

Natural clay pot created with traditional Canarian technique in reddish brown color. The piece is entirely created by hand by the artist Jil-Laura of Tropia without the intervention of any machinery, following the ancestral techniques of the Canary Islands, specifically of Gran Canaria. The piece was used to go to the rivers to look for water and the women carried it on their heads.

Materials: Natural mud from the ravines of the Canary Islands, Volcanic sand and light grey natural paint of mud

Size: approximate 20cm diameter

Note: This piece is unique, completely handmade, what means that the work is not totally symmetrical or perfect, which in our eyes adds special value, we hope you think the same!

Shipment: Ceramic is difficult to ship due to its danger of breaking and for this reason it needs special packaging care and we ask for an extra help of €20 per shipment so that it reaches you safely at home. In case it breaks we will refund all the money excluding shipping.
