In the midst of the 2020 pandemic, I crafted isolation art as a reflection of my experiences and emotions during a period that I believe many of you can relate to. Confined within the walls of my art studio, unable to venture outside, I perceived the world through a different lens – an unfamiliar and somewhat daunting perspective brought about by unprecedented circumstances. Yet, amidst this uncertainty, there was a blossoming within me, akin to the little garden thriving inside the encapsulated space.
I strongly resonate with the palm tree in the illustration, constrained by the limits of the glass, unable to grow beyond, restrained by uncontrollable circumstances. Yet, paradoxically, it continues to flourish, creating life within its confined world. The quarantine period provided an unexpected gift – the luxury of time to rediscover my passion for drawing, to reconnect with myself and my art without the usual distractions. This period of isolation art and introspection led to the birth of the Tropia Art project.
It underscored the idea that creation and life can emerge from any circumstance, even the most challenging ones. From the cocoon of negativity, positive outcomes can emerge. This realization fueled my artistic journey and inspired the creation of the Tropia Art project.

PRINT INFORMATION
– Limited edition of 100 prints per illustration, signed and numbered by the artist.
